Who you’re buying from
Sunday Print Club is run by Sunday Print Club (ABN 62147721607), Queensland, Australia. Contact us any time at hello@sundayprintclub.com.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We don’t currently charge sales tax. Shipping is shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.
Your order is confirmed when we email your receipt. If we ever make an obvious mistake with a price or a product, we’ll let you know and refund you in full rather than hold you to it.
Offers
Offers apply automatically at checkout, one offer per order, on the terms shown on the offers page while they run. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
Made to order
Every print is made just for you in the US by our printing partner, on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper. Frames come ready to hang, with an acrylic front. Colours can look a little different on paper than on your screen.
Delivery
Prints are sent with tracking, and we email you the link when they ship. Most orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order, but that’s an estimate, not a promise, especially at busy times. Please check your delivery address at checkout: if it’s wrong, we may need to charge to send the order again.
Digital downloads
Your files are ready on your order page as soon as you’ve paid, and you can download them again later. They’re for your own personal use: print them for your home as often as you like. Please don’t share, sell or use them commercially. The artwork and its copyright stay with us.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. We can usually change or cancel an order within a couple of hours of it being placed, before it goes into production. Once a print is being made, we can’t cancel it.
Returns, damage and faults
Because every print is made to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order prints, or on digital downloads once delivered. This doesn’t affect your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t right, tell us within 10 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws where you live.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order. See also our privacy policy and the help centre. Prices on this site are in USD.
