Orders
Every print is made to order, just for you.
How long until my print is made?
Framed prints are usually made within three business days, and unframed prints a little faster. Then they’re packed and sent with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into production; after that it’s already being printed for you.
Where’s my order?
We email a tracking link as soon as it ships, and you can see every order in your account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Made in Australia, delivered by Australia Post.
Where are prints made?
Every print for our Australian store is printed and framed in Australia by our print partner, so it doesn’t travel far.
How is it sent?
By Australia Post, with tracking.
How much is shipping?
It’s worked out for your cart and address and shown before you pay, never added at the end. Our biggest framed prints cost more to send because of their size.
Do you ship to other countries?
Right now we ship within Australia. In the US? Our US store makes and ships prints there. Switch store.
Returns and damage
If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
My print arrived damaged or faulty
Sorry about that. Send us a message with your order number and a photo within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a reprint or a refund.
Can I return a print I’ve changed my mind about?
Because every print is made to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order prints. This doesn’t affect your rights if a print is faulty, damaged or not as described.
What about digital downloads?
Digital files are delivered straight away, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. If a file is faulty or doesn’t match what you ordered, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Frames and paper
What are the frames like?
Our Classic frame is wood with a 20 mm face and sits 22 mm off the wall, in black, white or natural (an oak-effect finish). The box frame is deeper, at 33 mm, for more of a gallery look.
Is there glass?
Frames are glazed with acrylic (Perspex) rather than glass. It’s lighter and much less likely to break in the post.
What does the mount do?
A snow-white mount adds a gallery-style border inside the frame. The frame stays the same size, so the artwork itself is a little smaller. The size guide shows every size.
What paper do you use?
200gsm enhanced matte art paper, giclée printed with water-based inks for deep, even colour with no shine.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. Framed prints arrive with a hanging fixing on the back, so all you need is a hook or nail in the wall.
Digital downloads
What do I get?
A print-ready PDF at 300 dpi, emailed straight after you pay and saved in your account so you can download it again any time.
Can I choose my own size?
Yes. Pick Digital download, then Any size, and enter a width and height from 10 to 150 cm. The artwork lays itself out to fit, so nothing is cropped or stretched.
Where should I print it?
Any print shop or photo lab. Ask for matte paper and to print at actual size (no scaling).
What can I use it for?
Print it for your own home as often as you like. Please don’t sell, share or reproduce the files.
Payments
How do I pay?
Checkout opens soon. You’ll pay securely through Stripe with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or Afterpay. We never see or store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
AUD. Prices include everything except shipping, which is shown before you pay.
