Who we are
Sunday Print Club is run by Sunday Print Club (ABN 62147721607), a small business in Queensland, Australia. Our postal address is 13-15 Monte-khoury Dr, Loganholme, 4129, QLD, Australia. You can reach us at hello@sundayprintclub.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you sign up for emails: your email address and which store you signed up in.
- When you contact us: your name, email and what you tell us.
- When you browse: your bag is kept in your own browser, not on our servers. We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies and don’t identify you.
Why we use it
- To make, send and support your order, and to send you order emails (a receipt, tracking and download links).
- To reply when you get in touch.
- To send you news and offers, but only if you’ve signed up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe that works straight away.
- To prevent fraud, and to keep the records the law requires (such as tax records).
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Prodigi prints, frames and ships your order. They get your name, delivery address, phone and email, and pass the address to the courier (such as Australia Post).
- Resend sends our emails.
- Vercel hosts the website, and Neon stores our order records (in Sydney).
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Information stored overseas
Some of these companies store or handle information outside Australia, mainly in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We choose providers that take security seriously, and only share what they need to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for five years, because Australian tax law requires it. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. Messages you send us are kept as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (apart from the records we have to keep). Email hello@sundayprintclub.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.
Keeping it safe
The site is encrypted end to end (HTTPS). Order pages and downloads use long private links, and downloads are delivered through links that expire. Only the people who run the shop can see order details.

Talk to us first at hello@sundayprintclub.com and we’ll do our best to fix it. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
